Company Information
Univend Group inc. is a private incorporated joint stock company. Its business is closely managed by its General
Manager who is supervised by a Board of Directors made up of a Presidend and four administrators. The Board is
elected by the shareholders and are given a two-year mandate. It is composed of business people working in the
four target markets served by the group, i.e.: Vending machines, Coffee services, Food services and Restaurants.
The Head Office is located at 3863, Autoroutes des Laurentides, Laval.
Its objective is to give the best possible service to the Members, while continuying to develop the Group's
membership in order to grow volume and its sales figures which is currently at $46,000,000. All supplier
negotiations, communications, promotion and administration are done by the Head Office.
The Group's mission is to negotiate the best Prices with good Terms and Conditions in order to make Members'
operations highly profitable.
The Group's ultimate goals are to develop and offer a range of services and to become the largest national
buying group for independent operators in the food industry.
