Is there a cost in becoming a Member?
There are no membership or annual fees requested.
Are there any requirements to become a Member?
- The company and/ or owner must have a good reputation.
- The company and/ or owner must have a good credit rating.
- A company administrator must be willing to meet with a
Univend Group representative and complete a Credit Evaluation Form.
What are the benefits of membership?

How do I become a Member?
Membership Application via Internet:
Fill out and send the e-form for Membership by clicking on the button located on the Home page. When
completed, send it to Univend Group by clicking on the send button, at the bottom of the page.
Membership Application by Fax:
Call Univend Group at 514-666-0006 and request a Membership Application or print the e-form and fill it out by
clicking on the button located on the Home page. Then fax it back to Univend Group's Head Office. When your
request has been evaluated, a meeting with a Univend Group representative will be scheduled.
Membership Application by Mail:
Send a letter to Univend Group's Head Office and indicate your interest in becoming a Member; we will send you
an application by mail. Fill it out and send it back. When your request has been evaluated, a meeting with
Univend Group's representative will be will be scheduled.
How do I know if my Membership Application has been received?
Membership Application via Internet:
You will receive a e-mail confirming that your application was received. If you have not received confirmation
within 48h of sending your application, call Univend Group's Head Office at 514-666-0006 to inquire. When all has been
received and evaluated, a meeting will be scheduled with a Univend Group representative.
Membership Application by Fax or by Mail:
A Univend Group representative will call you two weeks after you have sent your Membership Application.
If you don't hear from us, do not hesitate to phone at 514-666-0006 and inquire about it.
